Сохранившиеся до наших дней произведения медников свидетельствуют о большом влиянии на их творчество аварских мастеров, приезжавших к адыгам на отхожие промыслы и нередко остававшиеся на постоянное жительство. Однако как местные, так и приезжие мастера считались со вкусами адыгского потребителя, благодаря чему формы и декор медно-чеканной посуды находятся в несомненной связи с местными художественными традициями.
Предмет, изготовленный из цельного листа меди, передала в Национальный музей в 1980 г. бывший директор областного музея М.З. Азаматова.
