В переговорах принимали участие Министр обороны Нигера Салифу Моди и заместитель министра обороны Юнус-Бек Евкуров. Перед Нигером Евкуров побывал в Мали и Буркина-Фасо, где встретился с Ассими Гойтой и Ибрагимом Траоре.
