"Мы запретили их продажу, чтобы поддержать отечественных производителей", — пояснил Мугути.
Как отметил "Суверен", с притоком секонд-хенда уже борются другие страны. Так, Танзания и Уганда продолжают повышать налоги на ввоз поддержанной одежды, само Зимбабве запретило импорт в 2015 году, а в Кении аналогичный запрет вступил в силу в 2019 году.
