Проверки проходили в январе, сравнивались данных в разрезе номеров ветеринарно-сопроводительных документов, которые указываются в системах при вводе товаров в оборот. Оказалось, что у производителей не было достаточного количества сырья, чтобы произвести заявленный объем продукции. Отсюда и нарушения.
