Вполне здравая идея микросети магазинчиков холдинга - при каждом производственном и складском активе, плюс в самом проходном и туристическом месте городка, где находятся эти активы с полным ассортиментом всего холдинга и его партнёров, плюс самые востребованные локально сторонние товары (хлеб, например) и микро-кафе на 1-2 стоячих столика - вода, чай, кофе, булки и т.п. и цивилизованный умывальник-туалет.
Цель: поддержание безубыточности, испытание новинок, маркетинговые исследования продукции на лояльной аудитории.
В перспективе создание хоть какой-то альтернативы растущим федеральным сетям, возможно интернет- доставка в городах присутствия.
