Добрый день! Могу сказать про речную рыбу. Супруг ихтиолог-рыбовод. Антибиотики не применяют. Антисептики в водоём - да. При осмотре жабр у рыбы, специалист сам решает, применять такие меры или нет. При необходимости везут рыбу в лабораторию на анализ. Если рыба выращена искусственно в водоёме- в пруду, это самое оптимальное для рациона человека. Не в садках!! Садок- это кормушка, из которой рыба не плавает практически, и кормят её кормами, как поросёнка. Из водоёма, почти как из дикой природы, мы сами кушаем всей семьёй. Карп, щука, окунь, чебак. Толстолобик и Амур на котлеты прекрасно. Про морскую рыбу ничего сказать не могу.
