Акция впервые прошла в 2018 году по инициативе Дарьи Улитиной, студентки ВГУ. Её идею поддержал молодёжный центр «Гор.сом35», и мероприятие стало ежегодным.
Акция направлена на экологичную утилизацию новогодних елей. Собранные деревья перерабатываются в щепу, используемую для благоустройства.С 11 по 20 января стационарные пункты приёма ёлок будут работать по следующим адресам.@ai_vol
