В Новосибирской области значительно увеличилась задолженность бюджетных организаций за топливно-энергетические ресурсы. Полномочный представитель президента РФ в Сибирском федеральном округе Анатолий Серышев сообщил о росте долгов на совещании 27 ноября.
Задолженность муниципальных организаций возросла в пять раз и составила 57 миллионов рублей, а долг бюджетных учреждений увеличился в 12 раз, достигнув 38 миллионов рублей.
Крупнейшие города региона, такие как Новосибирск, Бердск и Искитим, не получили паспорта готовности к отопительному сезону. В поселке Линево не были проведены испытания тепловых сетей на максимальную температуру, а также отмечается частичное отсутствие тепловой изоляции.
