В условиях гегемонии буржуазной и авторитарной культуры и общественных отношений, выстроенных на подчинении, где люди пассивны и отчуждены от своей самопринадлежности, анархисты сталкиваются с проблемой созидания необходимых предпосылок для достижения анархистского общества. Одной из таких предпосылок является формирование с помощью различных либертарно-педагогических и агитацинно-политических практик новой культуры и ментальности, где люди способны к самоуправлению, саморефеклексии и вовлечению в широкий спектр общественных дел. Эту задачу при господстве атомизирующей неолиберальной идеологии должно взять на себя наиболее революционное и строго приверженное идеалам анархизма инициативное меньшинство. Это эссе посвящено освещению проблематики такого созидания, формирования независимых субъектов, а также роли, какую играют пассионарии в осуществлении этого процесса.
