Вместе с нашей молодежью насладились совершенно новым видом зданий. Большинство отремонтировали к 650-летию Кирова, а накануне включили волшебную архитектурную подсветку. Преобразились более 120 зданий. Это останется с нами на долгие годы как память о юбилее Хлынова-Вятки-Кирова и Новогодней столице. Вид как с открыток. Мы меняем не только внешний вид, но и отношение к Кировской области в России. Вятская земля этого достойна!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
