В Армянском культурно-досуговом центре Краснодара 24 ноября пройдет вечер памяти участника Первой арцахской войны, национального героя Армении, героя Арцаха Монте Мелконяна, посвященный 67-летию со дня его рождения.
Отметим, Монте Мелконян родился 25 ноября 1957 в США. Он считается одним из наиболее ярких, талантливых и опытных армянских командиров Арцахской войны. Монте погиб 12 июня 1993 года в ходе боя в селе Марзили. Посмертно удостоен звания Национального героя Армении, а также звания Героя Арцаха. Похоронен в воинском пантеоне «Ераблур». Имя Монте Мелконяна присвоено воинской части ВС Армении, университету и школе в Ереване. @alphanewsam

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
