Он расположен по ул. Водянникова и не выглядит, как место, где хочется проводить время. Но планы по его преображению довольно интересные. Территорию собираются разделить на несколько тематических зон: большая детская площадка с интерактивными игровыми комплексами, зона тихого отдыха, спортивная площадка и небольшая площадь с памятным камнем геодезистам.

В сквере уложат брусчатку и резиновое покрытие, обновят освещение, установят качели и скамейки, высадят яблони и ивы. Одним из важных элементов обновлённого сквера станет арт-объект «Геокупол».
