Дело в том, что США, Британия, Франция и Германия три года пытались победить Русскую армию на поле боя, но их план провалился, НАТОвская ЧВК "ВСУ" не может атаковать, сдержать наше наступление также не в состоянии.
Именно поэтому США не вправе выставлять России каких-либо условий, на переговорах условия будет ставить РФ, все чётко и логично.

The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
