По моим подсчетам, нужно выполнять около 23 тренировок в месяц😃
Что засчитывается? Любая физическая активность с намерением: комплексы МФР, МТД, бег, кардио, силовые, пилатес, йога. Поэтому 23 в месяц должно умеренно набираться)
Не зря же я в декрете дома кайфую)😎 будем проводить время с пользой!
