Налейте воду в сотейник, поставьте на минимальный огонь и всыпьте сахар чтобы образовался густой сироп. Добавьте кунжутные семечки и измельченные орехи. Оба продукта необходимо предварительно прокалить на сухой сковороде. Перемешайте и поставьте на огонь, чтобы прогреть в течение нескольких минут.
Противень застелите пергаментной бумагой (смажьте маслом). Переложите горячую смесь на противень и распределите. Когда масса остынет, порежьте на небольшие кусочки и ешьте по 2 - 3 кусочка между приемами пищи.
