Накануне Дня добровольца теме милосердия и важности бескорыстной помощи ближним были посвящены занятия «Разговоры о важном».
Всё больше людей находят себя в добровольчестве, волонтёрство стало неотъемлемой частью жизни нашего общества. Пожилые люди, дети, люди с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, а также наши четвероногие друзья часто нуждаются в поддержке. Даже малое доброе дело может иметь огромное значение для человека, который получил помощь.
На занятии ребятам напомнили, что милосердие и готовность поддержать друг друга не должны ограничиваться только определёнными днями или событиями. Ведь любой акт доброты и внимания делает мир лучше, и каждый из нас может стать этим «лучом света», который согревает и даёт надежду другим!🇷🇺

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
