Ce 22 janvier 2025, après plusieurs années de procédure judiciaire, l’ASLA a obtenu la condamnation ferme de Madjid Messaoudene, ancien conseiller municipal PCF de Saint-Denis, pour diffamation publique envers Génération Identitaire.
Cette affaire remonte à 2018, lors de l'opération Defend Europe dans les Alpes, où Madjid Messaoudene avait publiquement qualifié le mouvement activiste de « nazis » sur Twitter. Bien que condamné une première fois en 2023, il avait refusé de supprimer ses tweets injurieux, conduisant à une nouvelle procédure judiciaire.
➡️ La cour d’appel de Paris l’a condamné à : • 4 000 € de dommages et intérêts, • 1 200 € de frais de justice. • Obligation de retirer ses tweets sous peine d'une astreinte quotidienne
➡️ L’ASLA a refusé de laisser cette diffamation sans réponse et s’est battue jusqu’à obtenir une condamnation ferme, prouvant que la gauche ne peut plus tout se permettre dans sa stratégie de diabolisation.
