По версии силовиков, 20-летний местный житель договорился в мессенджере с сотрудником СБУ устроить поджог за деньги «для дестабилизации деятельности органов власти». Парень приготовил самодельную зажигательную смесь и 28 января попытался поджечь отделение связи в краевом центре.
Его задержали. В отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело о покушении на теракт.
