Как сообщили АЗЕРТАДЖ в Министерстве цифрового развития и транспорта, почтовый филиал с индексом AZ5800 будет действовать на территории Центра государственных услуг, расположенного по улице Победы в Шуше, и предоставлять универсальные почтовые услуги (отправка писем, телеграмм и посылок), а также финансовые и карго-услуги.
