В преддверии Нового года мы заселили первый дом на 80 квартир в рамках программы «Доступное арендное жилье в Дальневосточном федеральном округе».

Наша задача — предоставить специалистам комфортные условия для жизни и работы в регионе. В числе тех, кто получил квартиры в новом доме, — участники спецоперации, врачи, учителя, работники сферы спорта и другие.

В общей сложности в рамках программы нам предстоит заселить еще около 880 квартир.

Хочу еще раз пожелать новоселам благополучия и счастья в новых домах!

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
