Получившие патент в России иностранные граждане смогут уведомлять полицию об осуществлении трудовой деятельности с помощью портала Госуслуги с 7 января 2024 года, сообщает во вторник пресс-служба МВД РФ.
В МВД пояснили, что при подаче заявления через Госуслуги иностранцам нет необходимости лично обращаться в отделение полиции. В случае неисполнения указанной обязанности выданный иностранному гражданину патент подлежит аннулированию, напомнили в министерстве.
