"Торги проходили на выполнение проектно-изыскательских работ и строительство нежилых зданий на территории города Москвы, Приморского края и Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа, - отметили в ФАС. - Служба признала ООО "Парк Инвест", ООО "Гардарика" и двух индивидуальных предпринимателей нарушившими антимонопольное законодательство". Участники картеля заключили и реализовали антиконкурентное соглашение с целью поддержания цен в 5 торговых процедурах. Часть торгов проходила в ходе реализации национальных проектов "Демография" и "Образование".
