Принятый «Закон Кравченко» определяет основные понятия сферы и перечень индустрий, чья деятельность напрямую относится к креативной. Работа над проектом длилась около двух лет. Сейчас в Госдуме сформирован профильный экспертный совет. В процессе — подготовка подзаконных актов.
«Правительство уже определило Минэкономразвития, как ответственный орган исполнительной власти. Сейчас мы сформировали единый план, и также выработали большинство необходимых подзаконных актов, которые должны быть приняты в ближайшее время», - заявил автор законопроекта, депутат Госдумы Денис Кравченко.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
