Четвертый день подряд цены в балтийских странах превышают отметку в 10 центов за киловатт-час, при этом во вторник среднесуточная биржевая цена на электроэнергию в Эстонии, Латвии и Литве составляет 13,1 цента за киловатт-час, что в 26 раз выше тарифов в Финляндии.
В понедельник среднесуточные биржевые цены в Финляндии были ниже почти в 58 раз.
Эстония, Литва и Латвия 8 февраля вышли из международной энергосистемы БРЭЛЛ, названной по первым буквам стран-участниц (Белоруссия, Россия, Эстония, Литва, Латвия).

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
