Еще в 2021 году МКД, где Александр жил с мамой, признали аварийным. По программе по расселению жильцы должны были получить от государства жилплощадь в строящемся доме в северном микрорайоне Черкесска. Пока шло строительство, Александр добровольцем отправился в зону СВО. В одном из боев получил контузию, но дослужил до конца контракта. А дома снова встал нерешенный вопрос с жильем.
Восстановить право на получение квартиры Александру помогли в фонде «Защитников Отечества» и в Народном фронте.
