Как рассказали GOROD48 в департаменте развития территории мэрии, работы по приданию нового смысла 13 дворам перенесли на 2025 год из-за изменения системы финансирования этой муниципальной программы. Если ранее на «Мой двор» каждому избирательному округу выделяли ровно 5 миллионов рублей, то летом этого года в городской администрации с учетом опыта прошлых лет сделали дифференцированным подход к составлению смет на такое благоустройство в зависимости от размеров двора и количества жителей в домах, вошедших в программу. Теперь на реновацию большого двора можно получить до 15 миллионов, небольшого, с малым объемом работ — от полутора миллиона.
