Schönes Bergfest обычно говорят, когда хотят поздравить кого-то с преодолением определенной части пути (обычно половины) к какой-то (обычно непростой) цели. А-ля "о, движение в гору закончилось, сейчас будет легче"
Ну и так как среда не только у нас считается "маленькой пятницей", немцы (особенно офисные работники) любят именно в среду кидать друг в друга этот Spruch
