Після моєї вчорашньої публікації про запити на публічну інформацію від "Суспільне Чернігів" сьогодні отримав ще 12 запитів.
У мене виникає питання: з якою метою "Суспільне" просить надати службову інформацію, що не підлягає розголошенню, у тому числі й персональні дані всіх працівників військової адміністрації прифронтового міста?
Це свідомий крок або звичайна людська помилка через неознайомлення із Законом про публічну інформацію?

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
