Первая землянка на территории Элисты появилась в 1862 году стараниями Степана Кийкова, который по совету своего друга – калмыка Болы – построил её в балке Элиста-Сала. В 1865 году – официальный год рождения города – здесь было уже 15 домов.

С тех времён Элиста стала настоящим городом, столицей республики, с узнаваемым обликом, развитой инфраструктурой, благоустроенными общественными пространствами, собственной уникальной атмосферой.

Элиста у нас одна, и мы все, все элистинцы, строим её будущее.

WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
