Согласно поправке, документ, на основании которого от налога на добавленную стоимость (НДС) освобождаются ввоз и реализация специального программного обеспечения, всех видов техники и технических средств, их запчастей, боеприпасов, используемых в целях обороны и государственной безопасности, будет выдавать Генеральная прокуратура.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
