Уже 6 марта, в четверг, приглашаем на новую встречу. После творческого урагана Сергея Ивкина и Тагира Мухаметова, нашу уютную мансарду посетят Алла Поспелова и Арсений Ли — замечательные поэты и создатели издательства «СТиХИ». 📚
Алла и Арсений — давние друзья Центра Пешков. Именно в их издательстве увидели свет поэтические сборники Игоря Караулова, Анны Долгаревой, Александра Пелевина, Олега Демидова, Дмитрия Терентьева и Владимира Безденежных. Также они организовали Студию, где обучаются будущие лауреаты всех литературных премий мира и проводят фестивали. 🏆
6 марта в Пешкове Алла и Арсений будут читать свои стихи. За прошедший год, путешествуя по стране, они накопили произведений на полноценный творческий вечер. Мы рады, что этот вечер состоится именно в пешковской гостиной. 🌟

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
