Компания Stanmix Holding, подконтрольная Владиславу Свиблову, партнеру Сергея Гордеева из ГК «ПИК», выходца из Росбилдинга» договорилась о приобретении у Amur Minerals никелево-полиметаллического проекта Кун-Манье в Амурской области, сумма сделки — 105 миллионов долларов.

Ранее стало известно, что Свиблов нацелился на приобретение у канадской Kinross золотодобывающих месторождений «Купол» и «Двойное» на Чуктоке за 680 миллионов долларов, приобретателем выступает компания Highland Gold, принадлежащая Свиблову.

Финансирование проекта идет предположительно на средства «ВТБ» Андрея Костина, чей банк также значится совладельцем группы «ПИК» Сергея Гордеева.

Структура покупки активов Kinross очень запутанная, чтобы исключить риски попадания Свиблова под санкции, которые могут его настигнуть не фоне сложной международной обстановки, тем более что сам «ВТБ» и Андрей Костин находятся в санкционных списках.

Ранее Highland Gold попадала в поле зрения силовиков из-за махинаций с НДС.
