К примеру, у нас давно налажен выпуск многих европейских сортов сыра.
🧀Сыры с крымской лавандой, с благородной плесенью, мягкие, рассольные и выдержанные, итальянские сорта от «Моцареллы» до «Пармезана» делают в Крыму из коровьего, козьего и овечьего молока.
Один из крупнейших производителей - Джанкойский молокозавод увеличивает производство и расширяет ассортимент. Там выпускают мягкий и полутвердый сыр «Моцарелла», в этом году итальянская линейка пополнится сыром «Буррата».
В промышленное производство запущены итальянские сорта «Пармезан» и «Моцарелла», «Маасдам», родом из Голландии, польский «Радомер», швейцарский «Грюйер», испанский сыр «Манчего», французский сыр «Мимолет» и линейка сыров «Камамбер».
👉🏼В Крыму появляется все больше крафтовых сыроварен, где делают сыры по авторским рецептам (один минус - ценник не всем по карману).
А еще у нас выращивают устрицы, мидии, креветки, рыбу осетровых пород. Возродили выращивание риса, китаянки наши отбеливающую косметику от "Крымской розы" скоро сметать начнут. Так что можем делиться опытом по импортозамещению. @cho_opyat
