Обращаюсь к Вам с просьбой от моей знакомой, проживающий по адресу г Черкесск, ул Гутякулова 15, 9 этажный дом, мало того, что там тараканы по голове ходят, так там теперь в квартиры с подвала крысы полезли. Помогите пожалуйста, она не знает куда обратиться, что делать! В какую управляющую компанию сообщить. С подвала вонь страшная идёт и вода слышно течёт. Помогите пожалуйста!
