С 2015 года судебные приставы не выполняли свои обязанности, не устанавливали имущество и доходы должника, что мешало взыскателю получить причитающиеся средства. В результате спустя семь лет должник прошёл процедуру банкротства, и возможность взыскания была утрачена.
В ходе рассмотрения дела суд подтвердил, что судебные приставы не произвели необходимые действия, что нарушило права и законные интересы истца. Исковые требования пермяка были признаны справедливыми. Суд постановил возместить жителю Перми убытки в размере 1,01 млн руб. из бюджета Российской Федерации, а также выплатить 20 тыс. руб. в качестве моральной компенсации.
