Собственно довольно логичное решение. Без попыток унизить или поразить в правах людей старше 75 лет, но реально аварийных ситуаций на дорогах они создают на несколько порядков больше чем остальные. А учитывая сегодняшние скорости часто эти ситуации заканчиваются трагедиями.
Конечно есть среди 75-ти летних и много тех, кто прекрасно и аккуратно водит, но тут срабатывает немного другой эффект. Плюс повышенные риски инсультов, инфарктов за рулем и собственно это и для пользы самих людей за 75 лет. Нет механизма четкого определения тех кто еще способен нормально ездить и кто уже нет. Поэтому просто запретили всем.
Для России сегодня это не выход конечно, большинство тех кто за 75 лет часто за руль садится вынуждены.

This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
