Пострадавшие доставлены в ГБУЗ РК «Джанкойская центральная районная больница». По результатам обследования один пострадавший госпитализирован, в настоящее время его состояние оценивается как тяжелое. Второму пострадавшему оказана амбулаторная медицинская помощь, от госпитализации отказался.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
