Надо отметить, что ранее по адресу выезжал инспектор Госжилинспекции РД.
В ходе осмотра выяснилось, что в доме проводился самовольный демонтаж железобетонного перекрытия с выходом на крышу.
Инспекцией был составлен акт осмотра в присутствии представителя управляющей компании «Эталон сервис» с фиксацией всех нарушений.
Все необходимые документы были направлены в администрацию Махачкалы для реагирования и принятия мер согласно закону РД от 08.07.2015 N74.
Стоит добавить, что данный дом не введён в эксплуатацию.
