перестав пити каву доречі майже зовсім, лишились 2 дні по яких я пʼю, це дні тренувань, став лягати раніше, намагаюсь до 12 вже лежати, не палю та не їм за 4 години до сну, палю взагалі тепер по 3 цигарки на день і от! я став більше висипатися! такий мій оріджинал режим сну лягати в 11 прокидатись в 6 самий оптимальний для мого відновлення, буду працювати над цим і надалі
