Как версия - может это не соглашение, а расписка Моора о том, что он принял от одного из главных спонсоров своей избирательной кампании энные десятки миллионов на выборы, а остатки обязуется вернуть по их итогам? Ну не Шевчику ли не знать, что никаких остатков ему не вернут. Там стольких после 10.09 премировать нужно будет, что денех Володиных может не хватить.
