В Госдуму внесён законопроект о запрете распространения информации и рекламы "эзотерических услуг «услуги таролога»"

Тарологов мы хоть и не уважаем и не признаём, но не можем не отметить проблемы юридической техники в процессе законотворчества:

1. Почему из всей массы эзотерических услуг выбраны только услуги таролога? Чем астрологи лучше?

2. Для чего нужна тавтология в словосочетании "эзотерические услуги «услуги таролога»"?

3. Запрет рекламы эзотерических услуг разве не покрывается общим запретом в ст. 5 Закона о рекламе? Существует уже множество кейсов, рассмотренных антимонопольным органом в отношении колдунов и прочей нечисти (вот пример).
