Размер этой надбавки может определяться через повышающий коэффициент 1,3, применяемый к общей сумме выплат на семью, что обеспечит сбалансированное распределение средств.
Кроме того, депутат предлагает субсидировать первоначальный взнос по ипотеке для таких семей, чтобы помочь им решить жилищный вопрос.
