Теперь министру угля и энергетики ДНР Руслану Дубовскому будет проще «отмазываться» по ситуации с задолженностями на шахтах. Он сможет и назвать гораздо меньшие сроки по долгам, и сказать, что выплаты активно ведутся прямо сейчас. В действительности проблема с шахтами уже огромных масштабов.
