На территории казарм Императорского морского гвардейского экипажа, открылся новый проект Hideout, где расположились не только резиденции для жизни, но и целая экосистема единомышленников. В самой старой постройке — особняке Гаскойна — расположится пятизвездочный отель, а в корпусах — резиденции, десять из которых доступны уже сейчас. «Мы сделали экспериментальную историю — пригласили несколько студий, которые, на наш взгляд, создают классные проекты в России и зарекомендовали себя как трендсеттеры». Среди них Choice Interior Studio, Neymand Studio, Saga, DA bureau, Delo, Form, Yaratam Design и другие. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
