ለምፅ ከተወለድን በኋላ የሚከሰት እና የቆዳ ቀለም ባለመመረቱ ምክንያት የሚመጣ የቆዳ ህመም አይነት ነው፡፡

ለምፅ ሁሉንም የቆዳ አይነት ሊያጠቃ ይችላል ፤ ነገር ግን ጥቁር ቆዳ ባላቸው ሰዎች ላይ የበለጠ ሊታይ ይችላል፡፡
