Скажем установим длительность рабочего дня разработчиков в 4 часа. Что произойдет? Скорее всего, кто-то будет доволен, но значительная часть устроится на вторую работу. Дальше те кто работает только 4 часа в день на одной работе, начнут ощущать себя лузерами, особенно если у них нет какого-то другого занятия для компенсации... Они тоже пойдут устраиваться на вторую работу.
Через какое-то время рабочее время вернется к стандартному. Нет?
