В декабре в городе произошло три крупных коммунальных ЧП. Каждый раз оказывались затопленными дороги, без воды сидели жители многоэтажек. Также воду отключали в больницах, даже приходилось приостанавливать прием пациентов.
Власти решили, что следует изучить причины аварий, для этого собрались привлечь сторонних экспертов. Это нужно, чтобы получить независимую оценку, сказала глава города Наталья Котова.
