Каждый раз, приезжая к бойцам Спецназа Ахмат, я вижу - КАК общается со своими подчиненными Апти Аронович. Буду точнее - не с "подчиненными", а СОслуживцами.
Просто потому, что ПОСТОЯННО рядом с ними, на передовой, а не сидит в далекой Москве - в штабе ли, в каком-то "рабочем кабинете". Он - не "приезжает", а ВСЕ ВРЕМЯ ТАМ.
И бойцы это видят, им важно присутствие своего командира. Потому такое отношение у них к Апти, как раньше про таких говорили - "отец-командир".
Ведь буквально каждый боец может поговорить с ним ЛИЧНО, без "согласований, разрешений, подобострастия".
Это важное и РЕДКОЕ качество. Побольше бы нашим войскам таких командиров!!!
