🔸مرکز صبا اکنون بیش از سه دهه سابقه فعالیت دارد و فراز و نشیب‌های بسیاری را پشت سر گذاشته است. طبق اصول، هر سازمان یا نهادی که بیش از ۳۰ سال سابقه دارد، انتظار می‌رود به حداقلی از کیفیت و رویه کاری رسیده باشد.
🔸 پرسش اینجاست چرا یکی از باسابقه‌ترین مراکز تولید پویانمایی کشور، با پشتوانه سازمان عریض و طویلی، چون صداوسیما، هنوز نتوانسته تأثیرگذار باشد؟ چرا همچنان در تولید‌های این مرکز شاهد آثار خسته‌کننده و ملال‌آور هستیم؟

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
