Штатная численность предприятия МБУ «Горзеленхозстрой» составляет 1020 человек, в реальности сотрудников в два раза меньше — около 600.
В планах у «Горзеленхозстроя» вывести на ручные работы по зимней уборке 200 дворников, но фактически сейчас их пока только 60. А вот штат обычных водителей полностью укомплектован — в этой должности на предприятии трудится 220 человек. Есть проблемы с теми, кто водит спецтехнику — механизаторами, работающими на тракторах, и теми, кто водит погрузчики.
Чтобы привлечь людей, работникам «Горзеленхозстроя» подняли зарплаты. Машинист автогрейдера будет получать от 95 тысяч рублей, старший мастер уличной уборки от 90 тысяч, а просто мастер дорожной уборки от 80 тысяч. Такая же зарплата значится у водителя комбинированной дорожной машины. Водителям погрузчиков и трактористам готовы платить от 75 тысяч рублей. Самая скромная зарплата у дорожных рабочих и рабочих «зелёного хозяйства» — от 58 тысяч рублей.
